
Carol Pecis
Carol worked in various banking positions for 21 years; Trust Investments, Correspondent Banking, Commercial Lending and Cash Management ending her working career as a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking. She is one of the founding Board of Directors of Heritage Bank, 2004 to present. Carol was born in St. Louis and grew up in Emporia. She holds her undergraduate degree from Emporia State University majoring in Business (computer science) and Economics, She earned an MBA from University of Kansas. She is also currently the Recording Secretary of the Board of Directors, Topeka Country Club. Her husband, Ken, retired from ownership of a commercial general construction company and a masonry company. They belong to Christ the King Church. The Pecis’ have two grown children.

Margaret S. La Rue
Margaret is a community volunteer and a Director of her family's business, Salisbury Supply Co. Inc., a distributor of construction and industrial supplies. Previously, she was a Vice President with Capitol Federal Savings in Topeka. During her tenure she served in the areas of Retail Banking and Residential Mortgage Lending. Margaret holds a B. S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. A life-long resident of the Topeka area, Margaret has volunteered for over 15 years for the Kansas Children’s Service League currently serving as Vice Chairman, she’s a Kansas Children’s Service League Foundation Trustee and the Fund Development Chairman, also an Episcopal Diocese of Kansas Trustee and the Finance Committee Chairman, while serving the Topeka West High School PTO/Booster Club as Treasurer. Margaret is a founding member of The Women’s Fund and a sustaining member of The Junior League of Topeka. She and her husband, Tighe, have two children.

Brett Klausman
Brett is the Vice President of Operations at Midwest Health in Topeka. He graduated from the University of Kansas. He has been a Topeka resident his entire life. Brett is involved in many community organizations including Chamber of Commerce, Topeka Community Foundation, 20/30 Club and Visit Topeka.

Lee Eaton
Lee is the Vice President of Senior Living at Midwest Health in Topeka. He graduated from Washburn University. He has lived in and around Topeka for his entire life. Lee is involved in many community organizations including Junior Achievement, Heart Association, Arthritis Foundation, Kidney Foundation, 20/30 Club and local hospital charities.

Tony Konrade
Tony currently serves as Heritage Bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer. He brings an accomplished history of community banking experience, as well as years of regulatory experience as a bank examiner with the Office of the State Bank Commissioner. Tony's past banking experience includes serving most recently as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer at Kaw Valley Bank. Tony graduated from Washburn University with a BA in Business and Finance. He also is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. He cares deeply about our community and is involved in many volunteer capacities including the Greater Topeka Partnership, Jayhawk Area Council of Boy Scouts of America, Topeka Home Builders Association, Kaw Valley Quail and Upland Wildlife Federation Board and Hayden Catholic High School Blue & Gold Gala and Golf committees. Tony resides in Topeka with his wife, their 3 sons and 2 dogs.

Dave Sandir
Dave Sandir grew up in Kansas, having attended Shawnee Mission West schools and furthering his education at KU, graduating with a BSB in Business Management and minors in Marketing and International Management. At an early age Dave developed a passion for business, joining Commercial Group in 1999. He rose quickly to senior executive staff, eventually purchasing the Company. In his role as President and CEO, Dave supervises all new development and acquisition projects as well as overseeing over 50 properties and assets of over $150 million dollars in Commercial Management’s current portfolio. He collaborates with partnerships that require him to work directly with government officials, attorneys and syndicators. Dave is often sought out for his strategic planning and entrepreneurial expertise. Dave & his wife, Panna, reside in Topeka and stay very busy keeping up with their two boys and their many activities.
